SARCI started operations in 2010 and was founded by a group of technology experts & management consultants with specializations in Management Systems, Lean & TOC Concepts, Financial Analysis & Information Technology.

The company’s core expertise was and continues to be in transforming business through focussed technology initiatives. This reflects in the emphasis placed on the right application of technology to process situations and at the same time, leverage the latest trends.

Over the last few years, we have evolved from a company that design & implement efficient ERP workflows, to now expanding into Specialized Last-Mile Process Automation solutions that yield quick wins. A big advantage for clients is in using a templatized set of processes to deal with repeated business scenarios, calculations and predictive trends. The company is led by Ranjit Sankarasubramanian (www.linkedin.com/in/ranjitsankar), who has 20+ years of experience in business operations, process automation & cloud infrastructure, with prior experience in companies like Hewlett-Packard, Lucent Technologies, Prism Microsystems.

What We Do

The mission at SARCI is to provide the best integrated business process improvement technology platform to our clients.

In the discovery of problems plaguing the adoption of process & relevant solutions, SARCI went through a bottom-up approach of catering to informal sectors within India such as textile supply chain, then to poor technology adoption sectors such as in old economy or family-owned business and finally to more modern sectors such as in electronics, automotive, e-commerce and several more. This varied exposure to the working styles of different industries gives the company a unique perspective when dealing with different changes.

An important observation during the journey is that there is a lack of process standardization in almost all areas of the client business other than in industrial machines & in some cases, the core business process. These gaps left large critical areas such as Finance, Operations in the individual skillsets of knowledge workers. Even large ERP implementations were enhanced informally by a whole lot of excel sheets strewn all over, each with their own working styles. End result is chaos driven by tight timelines, high people dependency and error-prone procedures.

These observations & custom solutions built for companies of various sizes indicated that the full benefit of technology can be reaped only by the correct root-cause problem identification, the tools to be used while at the same time retaining the business flexibility needed.
